This is the fifth house my wife and I have purchased in the past 20 years. We are from Northern Virginia and are preparing to move to the Space Coast. We are somewhat demanding and are experienced enough to come armed with lots of questions. Simply put, we can be a real pain for even the most skillful real estate agent.
We met Cindy on-line as we started to put action into our plans to relocate to Florida. We had been looking at properties for several months and felt it was time that we finally take the plunge and contact a real-estate agent. Cindy called us with 15 minutes of our reaching out to her. This was a Sunday by the way. We told her what we were looking for and gave her the ballpark we were willing to pay for the right property. She immediately hooked us up with several MLS records and we started working through what seemed to be hundreds of properties. Cindy continued to work with us for the next month and promptly answered our emails and telephone calls.
After narrowing the search down to 10 or so properties, we worked with Cindy to fly down to Melbourne and start visiting these properties. She scheduled two and a half days with us and coordinated with homeowners and other real estate agents to ensure we could cram as much as possible into the search. When we arrived, she handed each of us a booklet of 20+ properties that we were to visit. She took the time to show us every property we asked to see. If there was a new property we found while riding with her, she made immediate course correction and took us to see the house. She not only took us to see properties but also scheduled visits with home builders in the Melbourne area. We left Melbourne thoroughly exhausted by also thoroughly informed by Cindy.
For the next 6 weeks, we stayed in touch with Cindy and would occasionally send her a new house to look at. Each time she would take a video narrative of the house and upload it to YouTube so we could review it. She never showed any sign of frustration with our constant barrage of questions. To be honest, we weren’t 100% sure we were going to purchase since we had not found that one house we could both agree upon to buy.
Finally, at the end of November we asked Cindy to make a bid on a canal property in Merritt Island. We knew is was likely going to be a tear-down and needed as much buffer in the price so that we would build our dream home. To our Surprise, Cindy made a convincing argument and got us the deal we were looking for. Over the next four weeks - through Christmas- she worked to get the necessary paperwork so that we could close on the property in early January.
When we arrived in Melbourne, Cindy met us at the house and introduced us to the neighbors and made a final walk through to ensure this was indeed the property we wanted to spend the rest of our lives in. The next day, we closed the deal. At this point, you may think that she had her money and disappeared. Not Cindy. Over the next 24 hours, she introduced us to two additional home builders and spent Saturday until 2 PM working with a home architect to design the perfect home. She not only never complained but rather was inquisitive and sincerely interested in our plans and questions we threw at the architect. We flew back to Virginia thoroughly satisfied with the home itself and the process of purchasing the house.
on top of her professionalism she makes sure everyone leaves the table emotionally intact. Buying and selling of properties is an emotional business, she takes these emotions into consideration and lets the outcome be a satisfying experience for all involved.

My wife and I first contacted Cindy, to view properties in Melbourne Beach. We had traveled for many years, due to work, and were finally prepared to settle down and purchase our first home. Initially, we were intimidated by the prospect of purchasing something as big as a house, especially being new to the whole process. Not only did Cindy skillfully and ethically guided us through the entire process, SHE DID IT WITH OUR BEST INTEREST AT HEART!
After viewing a few properties around Melbourne and Satellite Beach, we decided to search elsewhere.
