Cindy Rhoton has been a proud resident of Melbourne Beach for over 19 years. Born and raised in Miami, Cindy is a Florida native and earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. She moved to Melbourne Beach (specifically Floridana Beach) in 2000 and knew right away that she found a gem in this quaint little town and feels fortunate to be raising her children in this close-knit community she refers to as paradise.

Cindy is passionate about customer service and providing quality care. Finding the right fit for her clients is important to her whether they are looking to fulfill their dream of owning a home or making a move to accommodate a growing or changing family. Cindy will listen and work hard to match her client’s needs to the right property for them. Committed to their satisfaction, she will go above and beyond to provide the best real estate experience possible. Cindy believes that the closing of a home is the opening of a relationship and will be there to help well beyond as the acclimation to a new area can bring about many questions. Whether you need a referral to a doctor, a contractor or just want to know where the best restaurants are, she will be there to provide answers to your inquiries.

In her spare time, Cindy enjoys spending time with her family, playing tennis and being an active member of her community by volunteering at the local Little League, at her kids’ schools and coordinating community events. Her belief is that it is the people and their commitment to their communities that makes those communities thrive and prosper.

Whether you are looking to buy or sell your first home, an investment property or that home you have been dreaming about, give Cindy a chance to provide you with exceptional service that will exceed your expectations.
